Fruitport Community Schools issued the following announcement on Jan 4.

Fruitport is excited to again partner with Aspire Taekwondo and Michigan Mortgage to offer another session of the women’s self-defense seminar. They will teach the 5 stages of self-defense. These stages are awareness, avoidance, break away/get away, fight, and support/report. The seminar will be January 29, 2022 from 8am-noon.  The cost for participating is $20.  Grab a friend and come join us, space is limited!  For more information and registration information, please click on this link:
