Each year the City of Muskegon reports its accomplishments to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development on the use of our federal funding, in a document called the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). We use this as an opportunity to be transparent in our progress toward goals, and inform the community. Please take a look at our CAPER and provide comments to help our department and community plan for the upcoming year.
