Each year the City of Muskegon reports its accomplishments to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development on the use of our federal funding, in a document called the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). We use this as an opportunity to be transparent in our progress toward goals, and inform the community. Please take a look at our CAPER and provide comments to help our department and community plan for the upcoming year. Comments will be received by the Director of Community and Neighborhood Services, Sharonda Carson. She can be reached at Sharonda.carson@shorelinecity.com, (231) 724-6968, or in person at 933 Terrace Street. A Public Hearing for comments will be held at the Commission Meeting on February 14th, 2023.
