Muskegon County voters authorized passage of a county millage for programs and services for senior citizens on a fixed income. Holton Township will use our share of these funds to again provide snow plowing services for our township residents 60 years of age or older.
Driveways will be plowed when accumulation is 2-3 inches. If extra snow plowing is desired beyond a basic plow, owners or renters must work out their own arrangement and payment schedule with the snow plow provider.
You may sign up for this service at the Holton Township Hall to present proof of age and address by October 20, 2022 at 6511 Holton Whitehall Road. Please call 231-821-2168 with any question and to check office hours before coming.
The Township will not be held responsible for any damages to property.
Please note, because of the Township’s limited budget, once the millage funds are depleted, the plowing program will end.
