City of Hart issued the following announcement on Dec 9.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
INFORMATIONAL MEETING – TAX INCREMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
In accordance with Public Act 57, a public informational meeting will be held by the City of Hart Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Hart City Hall located at 407 S State Street, Hart, MI 49420. This meeting is to inform the public of the goals and direction of the authority, including projects to be undertaken in the coming fiscal year.
All members of the public are invited to participate.
Persons planning to attend the public hearing and who require special assistance as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 should contact the City Clerk’s office at least 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
