City of North Muskegon issued the following announcement on Mar 4.
North Muskegon High School FISHING TEAM!
Yes, that is correct, North Muskegon Public Schools has a Fishing Team! To make this happen, they are looking for our community’s help and interested community members willing to donate their time and their inland fishing boat to provide NMPS students with this opportunity. The owner (or designee) will operate their boat with 2 students fishing from each boat.
Tournaments are all local and take place on the following Thursdays: June 2, 16, 30, July 14, 28 and Friday, August 19.

NMPS is very excited to offer students this new opportunity and are hopeful to expand into the Middle School in the near future. They need your help – please consider volunteering for this new and exciting opportunity!
