Monday, June 6, 2022  – Norton Shores Water and Sewer Division Offices, located at 4814 Henry St., will be relocating to the Public Works Building at 1174 E. Mt. Garfield Rd. This move will allow for enhanced communication within the Public Works Department.

Water & Sewer Payments will still be accepted at the finance window of City Hall.

Norton Shores Water & Sewer maintains 45 sewer lift stations throughout the City, repairs water main breaks, installs water taps and water meters in newly constructed residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, inspects water and sewer lines, replaces malfunctioning water meters, and installs separate irrigation meters when requested, take quarterly water meter readings in three sections of the City, and monitor water quality standards for the City. This division also keeps current records of the discounts on water bills for senior citizens.
