The Montague Area Public School District is seeking applications for a current vacant position on the Board of Education. 

An individual will be appointed to fill the vacant position through Dec. 31, 2022, and will be replaced by the individual elected to the position (based upon the Nov. 8, 2022 election results) on Jan. 1, 2023.

Interested persons must submit a letter expressing interest in the Board position to the district office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 6, 2022.  Following a review of the submitted applicants, the Board will appoint a new member on Monday, June 13, 2022.  If you have any questions concerning the role of the Board of Education and the responsibilities of a Board member, please contact Jeffrey W.
