PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE CITY OF CEDAR SPRINGS

The City Council Has Approved Ordinance 242 An Ordinance To Amend Section 32-552 Pertaining To Nonresidential Design Requirements Of Chapter 32, “Zoning,” Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Cedar Springs. The Ordinance Modifies And Establishes Nonresidential Design Requirements.

The City Council Has Approved Ordinance 243 An Ordinance To Amend Section 32-616 Pertaining To Parking Application And Design Of Chapter 32, “Zoning,” Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Cedar Springs. The Ordinance Modifies The Parking Application And Design Standards.

Ordinance 242 and 243 Are Effective March 9, 2023. Complete Copies Of The Ordinance Are Available In The Office Of The City Clerk.
