Quick update: Grant Agreement from the State for the Baseball/Softball Complex

0Comments

Quick update: We’ve received the grant agreement from the State for the Baseball/Softball Complex on Russell Rd. Staff is waiting on the National Parks Service for final approval of the Multi-use/Soccer Complex at Block 93. While we were unsuccessful in receiving a direct appropriation for the funding of the Tennis Court Complex, staff will be applying for grant funds from a new program developed by the State; we are waiting on application details.

For the Baseball/Soccer and Multi-use/Soccer Complexes we anticipate going to bid in November 2022 and beginning construction in the spring of 2023.
