Register ‘Returning Students’ for the 2022-23 School Year

We are very excited to announce that Oakridge Public Schools has partnered with FinalForms to help you complete and sign academic/athletic forms for your students online.

All students K-12 must be registered online via FinalForms by a parent/guardian for next school year.  We will not be accepting paper based forms.  If you need a device, you can visit the school your child attends to complete the FinalForms.

A FinalForms account will be created for only the first listed contact marked as having custody for each student.  This one contact will receive a confirmation email from FinalForms Tuesday, June 6.  If you did not see this email on Tuesday, June 6 from FinalForms, please check your spam/junk folder.  If you did not find the email in your spam/junk folder, please reach out to the main office of the school your child attends for assistance.

Here is the Parent Playbook for parents of currently enrolled students at Oakridge to get started in FinalForms.  It provides clear instructions on how to register your student online for next school year.

Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes at Oakridge Public Schools.
