On Monday, Sept. 30, band members from 16 District middle and high schools will take the field to perform in a Round Rock ISD musical exhibition tradition, Festival of Bands, in its 20th year. The event, held at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex, will begin at 7 p.m.
The spectacular sights and sounds of Festival of Bands draw more than 4,000 community members to celebrate the musical achievements of Round Rock ISD students, in the District’s instrumental music programs.
Fans can expect to enjoy performances from concert and marching bands and color guard teams. Spike from the Round Rock Express will be on hand to join the fun.
Tickets are for sale online, $7 for adults and $5 for students.
The District’s Clear Bag Policy will be enforced at Festival of Bands.
