Culinary Class-Jam Session

Enjoy time with Chef Valerie Hanson while learning to make jam using fresh fruit. Trust us, you’ll go home with a fantastic flavored jam with many uses. It also makes great gifts. Students divide up the jam made and take home their jars. This is also a great way to learn Water Bath Canning methods.
