A Matter of Balance Workshop
March 11 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
A Matter of Balance Workshop is for adults who are 60 years and older who are living in Muskegon County. This workshop is being provided by the Muskegon County Senior Millage.
The goal of this workshop is to help Seniors develop a healthier attitude towards falls and the fear of falling. It is an evidence based program that has been proven to work.
In each class participants will learn skills they can incorporate into their daily lives to help prevent falls and the fear of falling.
This Program is funded in part or whole through the Muskegon County Senior Millage and may be supplemented by local funds. Muskegon County Senior Millage Contact: Karla Betten (231) 733-3593.
