Anderson Global issued the following announcement.
We are excited to announce that we recently received certification under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). This certification will allow us to better support our defense customers as it complements our International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) certification.
Under JCP, we are permitted to access unclassified technical data that discloses militarily critical technology controlled by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) or the Canadian Department of National Defense (DND) that is necessary to respond to defense-related contracts.
Unclassified technical data include:
Technical data with military or space application
Any blueprints, drawings, plans, instructions, computer software, and documentation
Other technical information that can be used or be adapted for use to design, engineer, produce, manufacture, operate, repair, overhaul, or reproduce any military or space equipment or technology concerning such equipment.
