City of Montague issued the following announcement on July 13.
Popular local band, Redeye, is performing at the "FunRaiser at the Village" this Saturday, July 17, at the Artisan Market, 8660 Water Street, Montague.
It's a family-friendly event and the public is welcome to join in the fun from 5 to 9 p.m. (Redeye begins at 7 p.m.). There is no cover, though there are opportunities to purchase food, beverages, and goods at the Village cottages, and food trucks.
Local brews will be at Cottage #6 from North Grove, Fetch, and Sawyers for cash purchase only.
The City of Montague has partnered with the 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, Friends of the Montague Library, which is selling water, and games (donate-to-play), with proceeds from the activities to expand reading opportunities, buy books for Montague Area Public Schools and Every Women's Place, offer book purchases at the Itty Bitty Book Store, and more.
Come on out to enjoy the event!
