Oakridge Public Schools issued the following announcement on Oct 7.
With the football game on Friday canceled, due to Shelby’s forfeit, we’ve had a number of questions on how this week’s events will pan out. Here are the details:
>Tonight’s parade is still on starting at 6:00 pm at Flickema Field, down Hall Rd, then to Wolf Lake Rd and to the football field
>The Powderpuff Football games are still on for tonight starting at 6:30 pm
>The dance is still scheduled for this Friday, but the time has changed to 8:00-10:00 pm
>The pep assembly has been rescheduled for next Friday, October 15th
>The presentation of the Homecoming Court will occur next week during the home football game on Friday, October 15th
