Fruitport Community Schools issued the following announcement on Oct 25.
With the pending approval of a vaccine for individuals aged 5-11, Fruitport Community Schools has contacted Public Health Muskegon County to request a vaccination clinic at Fruitport High School on Nov. 20, 2021 and December 18, 2021. This survey is to determine the interest level as well as provide the health department with numbers so they can be prepared. If you are not interested in this clinic, you need not complete the form.
This survey is NOT a confirmation of your child receiving the vaccine. A follow up scheduling email will be sent by the district once all aspects are approved.
Vaccinations will be available for all ages, not just students aged 5 -11.
