Dear Holton Community:
Public Health - Muskegon County is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for anyone 5 years old or older at the Holton District Services Building. This free clinic will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 3-7PM in the District Services Board Room at 6500 Fourth Street. The second dose will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 3-7PM also in the District Services Building Board Room. No appointment is necessary but you must pre-register at https://forms.gle/66VMkuuyVGQnMDsf9. Additional information about the clinic, vaccine information, and consent forms and links are attached to this posting. For anyone under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to be vaccinated.
