Small Business Saturday

Business

City of Muskegon issued the following announcement on Apr 9.

Small Business Saturday: There is something happening on Pine Street on the north end of Downtown Muskegon. Slowly but surely a group of businesses, property owners and investors are starting to build momentum. From the redevelopment at 794 Northtown to the creation of several retail shops, food-beverage establishments and some traditional Pine Street businesses, the progress is perceptible. A group of the Pine Street businesses have begun to pool marketing resources and begin to think about branding for the future. Here are 17 businesses that make up the Pine Street commercial district from Muskegon to W. Western avenues:

* Pine Street Mercantile

* Minty Vintage

* Northwest Industrial Sales

* 794 Kitchen & Bar

* Polka Dot Paisley

* Capone's Speakeasy & Pizzeria

* Aldea Coffee

* Rake Beer Project

* Muskegon Glass

* Brass Moon Vintage

* Her & His Uniforms

* Farmers Insurance (Donald McEwen)

* Grand River Office

* Braeburn Wealth Management

* Lumbertown Law

* Nipote's Italian Kitchen

* East of Eden Wellness Spa Center

Check out the businesses and make sure to mark your Memorial Day weekend calendar for the outdoor Pine Street Market, Saturday May 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Keep your eye on Pine Street, it just may be the next big thing in the City of Muskegon. The City of Muskegon’s Development Services Division highlights the city’s small businesses on Saturday mornings.
