Census Bureau: More men than women in Muskegon in 2020

Of the 37,317 people living in Muskegon in 2020, 49.4 percent (18,416) were women and 50.6 percent (18,901) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Muskegon Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,513. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,982 females and 1,893 males.
