The Save A Life Tour was on campus for high school students on May 2nd. The Save A Life Tour aims to educate high school students on issues like careless driving, seatbelt usage, impaired driving, and distracted driving. The day started out with students watching a 35 minute educational video. Following the video, students from grades 10-12 were able to use driving simulators.
The simulators allowed students to "drive" while simulating impairment and distractions. This helps students feel how difficult it is to drive safely while impaired or distracted. This was a great experience for the students and will hopefully lead to safe choices!
