Summer Meet Up and Eat Up

Summer Meet and Eat Up June 13 - August 19

Summer Program - Meet Up and Eat Up

Dear Oakridge District Community,

School may be out, but school meals are still in! All summer long, we’ll be serving Breakfast & Lunch to anyone 18 years or younger in the community, continuing all of the strict safety protocols we have followed throughout the year.

We want to make sure that everyone knows that Oakridge Public School’s summer meal program does not require registration or identification – all students need to do is come by to receive a happy and healthy meal. Some favorite menu items that we’ll be featuring throughout the summer include:

  • Classic American Hamburgers
  • All American Hotdogs
From June 13th through August 19th, Oakridge Public School students and families can visit 2 sites in the area to eat meals at, including:

  • Oakrige Highschool (5493 Hall Rd, Muskegon, MI 49442)
    • Meals, Dates, & Times
      1. Breakfast – June 20th through July 29th
        • Monday through Friday – 7:30 am to 8:00 am
      2. Lunch – June 13th through August 19th
        • Monday through Friday – 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
  • Oakridge Lower Elementary (120 N Park St, Muskegon, MI 49442)
    • Meals, Dates, & Times
      1. Breakfast – June 20th through August 4th
        • Monday through Thursday – 7:45 am to 8:15 am
      2. Lunch – June 13th through August 19th
        • Monday through Friday – 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm
We’re committed to making sure that meals aren’t something that any child or family should be concerned about this summer and can’t wait to feed the kids in Oakridge Public Schools community!  Please feel free to pass the information on to others. This summer we’re able to serve anyone 18 years old and younger throughout Muskegon and not just those who attend Oakridge Public Schools.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you,

Nicholas Villavicencio Lazo – Oakridge Public Schools Food Service Director
