Is your family in need of holiday assistance?
Many of our MAPS families are facing financial hardship. If you are in need of assistance this holiday season, please complete and submit the electronic Request for Holiday Assistance form by Friday, October 14th. A paper copy of this form is available in the main office of each school building. If you have already completed a paper copy, you do not need to complete the electronic form.
