REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Purchase and Development of Vacant City Owned Real Property

The City of Brighton will receive proposals, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 200 N. First Street, Brighton, MI 48116. Submissions will be accepted until the City has either accepted a proposal or withdrawn this RFP. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive minor technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any proposal.

SUBMITTALS MUST BE ENCLOSED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED:

OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM:

The City of Brighton officially distributes bid documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental

Trade Network (MITN). Copies of documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain documents from the MITN system are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. If you obtained this document from a source other than MITN, it is recommended that you register on the MITN site, www.mitn.info and obtain an official copy and any addenda. The City of Brighton also reserves the right to use any other method of distributing bid information; however, any additional method of distribution will also direct vendors to MITN.
