Montague Area Public Schools recently issued the following announcement.
Law enforcement and school leaders are banding together for student and staff safety. At a meeting with school leaders from all districts in Muskegon County today, law enforcement representatives announced the formation of a multi-jurisdictional task force. The task force will quickly and efficiently respond to threats made to Muskegon County schools. They also encouraged those seeing or hearing of a threat to immediately call 911. We are working together for student and staff safety.
